Böcker sourdough pastes are an innovative product, thanks to an exclusive and patented process: The direct use of the sourdough pastes in the dough eliminates the need for complex intermediate steps, which can simplify the (industrial) baking process. Fresh sprouts, seeds, whole grains, herbs or pieces of potato can be processed in the Böcker pasta sourdough products. The flavors of the sourdough and the added ingredients are present in the baked products, so that an increased nutritional value and variety of flavors can be realized.
